Join Tallinn’s senior training sessions! Our programmes will help you tone up, maintain vitality and improve your well-being.
Best of all, the sessions are held right in your neighbourhood and are completely FREE!

🌊 Water aerobics
This water-based training programme focuses on safely strengthening muscles without damaging joints and avoiding injuries.
- It improves joint mobility.
- It stimulates respiratory function and blood circulation.
- It lowers high blood pressure, and raises low blood pressure too.
- It massages the whole body, improving metabolism.
- It helps maintain and improve stamina, balance and coordination.
Water is the perfect environment for senior workouts. It’s relaxing and allows for safe muscle strengthening without putting pressure on the joints and avoiding injury. Water reduces the impact of gravity, making it one of the best forms of exercise for those who are overweight. The benefits of water for joints, heart health and overall well-being are widely recognised. Training in a safe water environment improves posture, balance and support for weaker muscle groups.

This exercise programme is aimed at activating your cardiovascular system and targeting major muscle groups
- It improves performance in everyday activities.
- It supports osteoporosis prevention by strengthening bones.
- It lowers the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
- It prevents the loss of both muscle mass and strength.
The training takes place in a relaxed setting, focusing on maintaining muscle mass and joint flexibility, while also improving cardiovascular health.
