Tallinn to establish 44 polling stations for upcoming local elections
The Tallinn City Government has approved the locations of polling stations for the 2025 local elections. The updated list reflects voters’ preferences for casting their ballots in shopping centres, improved accessibility, and participation rates in previous elections. Polling stations with fewer than 600 voters will be merged with others. In total, 43 physical polling stations will be open across Tallinn, with one additional station designated for organising voting at the voter's location.
Applications for first grade enrollment in Tallinn open on March 1
From March 1 to March 15, parents in Tallinn can submit applications for their child to be assigned a municipal school based on their registered home address for first grade starting on September 1, 2025.

Vaccinations organized in ten Tallinn schools on the weekend
Over the coming weekend, on October 9 and 10, vaccination is again organized in Tallinn schools. One school is open for vaccination on Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm and seven schools are open from 10 am to 6 pm, and in two schools, one can be vaccinated on Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm. Everyone from the age of 12 are welcome to get vaccinated without pre-registration.
Tallinn students to be vaccinated in schools at the end of August
During the last two weekends of August - August 21 to 22, and August 27 to 29 - Tallinn will organize vaccination against COVID-19 in schools. Students aged 12-18, their families, but also other residents are expected to get vaccinated. There is no need to pre-register for vaccination in schools.
Tallinn determined the locations of polling stations in City Council elections
The Tallinn City Government determined the locations of the polling stations in the local elections, paying attention to comfort and flexibility of the voting, meanwhile ensuring the protection of the voters’ health in the conditions of the virus outbreak.
Open vaccination points in ten Tallinn schools over the weekend
Friday to Sunday, 27-29. On August 10 at 20-20, vaccinations can be administered without pre-registration in ten Tallinn schools, vaccination is available in every district. Until the end of August, a vaccination point will also be open in the City Office.
