Today, a series of outdoor trainings will start in Tallinn, offering young people the opportunity to do sports during the summer holidays and encourage them to exercise regularly.

From this week, the districts of Tallinn will distribute free medical masks to families with many children, low-income single parents, and residents of apartment buildings with a high infection rate.

Although it is still restricted to organise events, there are many ways in Tallinn to celebrate a joyful and memorable Mother's Day. Already from tomorrow, May 7, you can listen to web concerts and visit exhibitions; museums, the Zoo and the Botanical Garden are open.

The second day of the Tallinn Day program, 14 May, will be dedicated to the city districts, which will organize several exciting events. One of the highlights of the spring season will be the flower-planting workshops in the districts of Kesklinn, Haabersti, Nõmme, Kristiine, Lasnamäe, and Põhja-Tallinn.

Don't just let spring break pass you by, find out what fun activities Tallinn has to offer. In the Botanic Garden you can get acquainted with the (micro)world of plants, in Miiamilla you can learn fun facts in the "Fart Stories" workshops and in the City Museum you can meet bedbugs and dragons. We will be getting smart through games at the Kaja Cultural Centre and queens will be screaming at the Central Library.

This weekend, Tallinners can get involved in a series of community clean-ups and help make the city cleaner as part of the Let's Do It campaign. Helping hands are welcome in Põhja-Tallinn, Haabersti, Kesklinn, Nõmme and Kristiine districts, and activities take place on Friday and Saturday.

In order to better match the donations of helpful citizens of Tallinn with the urgent needs of war refugees from Ukraine, Tallinn is organising a collection of everyday items in the district administrations from Thursday, 10 March.

The Tallinn Environment and Public Works Department and the Kristiine district government will present the project for the reconstruction of the Tondi and Kotka streets intersection at a public consultation near the Tondi railway station (Tondi 21a) on Wednesday, 30 March at 6 pm.

Tallinners have donated large quantities of essential items to the Ukrainian war refugees through their district governments, but at the moment collection points are only accepting basic hygiene items, which are still in great need.

From 30 March, Tallinn is offering free legal advice to residents in ten scheduled consultation days in all eight of the city districts.
