From 7 March until 3 April the routes of seven bus lines will be having changes in their regular routes: bus lines No 9, 11, 31, 46, 55, 67 and 68.

The number of hobby schools receiving financial support has increased
This year the City of Tallinn supports hobby schools with €327 500 with the aim to support the recreational education of children aged 7-19.
A ballot box can be delivered to the home of Tallinn residents from the district administration
Residents of Tallinn who are unable to vote electronically or at a polling station due to ill health or other valid reasons can order a ballot box to their place of residence from the City District Government.
Tallinn ice-skating rinks to end their season
Tallinn ice-skating rinks will soon end their season. Lasnamäe, Mustamäe and Nõmme skating rinks will be open until the end of the week. The Old Town skating rink will remain open until the end of the month if the weather conditions allow.
Tallinn continues to offer free legal advice in all city districts
This year the City of Tallinn offers free legal advice to residents on ten consultation days, scheduled in each city district. The first consultation day will take place this Friday, 17 March from 9 am to 6 pm at the Nõmme District Government.
Tallinn changes requirements for organizing trade in the city
Tallinn City Council decided at today's meeting to change the current trade organization - the trade organization requirements will change for all city authorities and the bodies they manage, including Tallinn’s public markets. A new application for the processing of sales permits will also be created.
Tallinn to improve the accessibility of Laagna tee
In order to improve the mobility of road users, the City of Tallinn plans to build additional access roads to the bridges of Laagna tee in the coming years. The main aim of the project is to provide better access for people in wheelchairs or pushchairs.
2130 applications sent for children entering first grade
From 1 March, parents in Tallinn will be able to submit applications for the designation of schools of residence for children entering the first grade of municipal school in September 2023. In two days, 2130 applications have already been submitted, the vast majority of them via eKool.

Tallinn, the European Green Capital 2023, has joined the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change, which has a key objective to support at least 150 European regions and communities in building resilience to climate change by 2030
Children granted free entry to Tallinn Zoo this Saturday
On Saturday, 11 March, free entry is granted to children up to the age of 19 at Tallinn Zoo. The free visits take place on the second Saturday or every month until April. A student card or ID-card must be presented at the ticket office to get a free ticket.
