On Thursday in Männi park, Tallinn Deputy Mayor Vladimir Svet and Deputy Head of Tallinn Urban Environment and Public Works Department Tarmo Sulg presented the concept for planning and constructing the public toilets in urban space, and stressed that the city's priority is to gradually increase the share of permanent toilets.

On 24 April, the restoration works of public transport stops will begin in Tallinn, during which the asphalt concrete and concrete coverings of bus stops will be renovated, broken curb stones will be replaced and well covers will be fixed up. During the restoration works, 15 bus stops will be repaired.

From Monday, 1 May, Bolt will set the maximum speed of electric scooters in the centre of Tallinn as 20 km/h on most streets as opposed to the previous 25 km/h. Due to the full-scale reconstruction works of Jõe and Pronksi streets, the intersection of Pronksi and Gonsiori streets will be closed to traffic from Tuesday, 2 May until 30 June. The closure is connected to the construction of the underground communication lines in the area of the intersection.

Due to the construction works on Vana-Kalamaja Street at the crossroads of Tööstuse and Soo streets, there is a temporary change in the route of bus line 3 on the way out of the city, i.e. in the direction of Randla from 8 May to 21 May.

On Monday, 8 May, the city of Tallinn will open a mending workshop (Sõpruse puiestee 255) in cooperation with MTÜ Uuskasutuskeskus and Tallinn Technical University, where city residents can bring both clothing and home textiles to be mended.

As a result of construction work on Valukoja street, bus lines 7, 15, 45, 49, 64 and 65 will have their routes and bus stop locations changed from May 22 to June 2. In addition, the route of bus line 52 will be changing in the direction of Ülemiste station.

Construction works on the district cooling network will be taking place on the Tartu maantee and Liivalaia street intersection from Sunday, 11 June to 30 June. Portable bridges ensure the intersection will remain open during construction works, however, one of the two left turn lanes heading onto Liivalaia street will be temporarily closed.
