In the coming 2023/2024 school year, Tallinn will continue paying significant attention to improving learning environments in schools and hobby schools. In September, a new building will be opened for the Mustamäe Hobby School. A total of ten more learning facilities are also in the construction or planning phase. Nearly 2400 marriages registered last year at Tallinn's Vital Statistics Department
Last year, the Tallinn Vital Statistics Department registered 2384 marriages, with the oldest groom being 87 and the oldest bride 79 years old. The most popular months for weddings were July and August, during which over 600 marriages were solemnized. A total of 3609 births were registered, including 48 sets of twins and one set of quadruplets.
