The Tallinn City Government has developed solutions that create more than 16 kilometres of safer lanes and routes for cyclists in the city centre.

Due to the construction of street lighting, one lane will be closed on the Tartu maantee between Tallinn Airport and the city border from May 14 to June 4. The sidewalk by Lake Ülemiste of the same section will be closed due to works until May 14.

At yesterday’s meeting, the Tallinn City Council confirmed Tallinn's participation in three TalTech Smart City Centre of Excellence projects and agreed to their bridge financing.
