The city allocates a total of €400,000 of restoration grants to 54 applicants, the maximum grant amount being €30,000.

The City of Tallinn and the Police and Border Guard Board are starting the ‘Lock or Lose’ information campaign, the purpose of which is to prevent bicycle theft and raise people's awareness in avoiding becoming a victim of theft. The police organised a similar campaign a couple of years ago and this year, Tallinn will be joining it as well.

On Sunday 21 May at 2 pm, the festive closing concert of the Tallinn Talent 2023 youth music competition will be held at the Estonia Concert Hall, where its initiator and patron Mayor Mihhail Kõlvart will acknowledge the winners and present them with city scholarships. City Government submitted Tallinn’s consolidated annual financial reports for the year 2022 to the Council for approval – at the end of last year, the consolidation group had a revenue of 89 million euros, total assets of 2.13 billion euros and net assets of 1.66 billion euros.

The Tallinn City Government submitted a draft of the third supplementary budget of 2023 to the city council. According to the draft, the city budget will increase by 46.5 million euros. Should the draft be adopted, the final budget for 2023 will be 1.18 billion euros.
