This Sunday, 6 November, admission to museums affiliated to Tallinn Museum is free of charge. The next and last Museum Sunday in which the entry is free will take place on 4 December.

Tallinn's 2023 budget includes bridge funding through Tallinn Industrial Parks to start construction of the Tallinn Film Wonderland. In the area of entrepreneurship, attention will also be paid to promoting Tallinn as an attractive tourist destination, supporting small businesses and green innovation. The Tallinn City Government has introduced new social benefits from next year, with an increase in the start-of-school allowance for second-graders from €50 to €75 and an increase in the pension supplement for pensioners from €150 to €175 to compensate for price rises. On Monday 20 February the next stage of the reconstruction of Vana-Kalamaja street will begin. The construction works will bring new traffic regulations to Toompuiestee and Nunne intersection. The temporary regulations will remain in force until May.

Tallinn Day will be celebrated for the 21st time on Sunday 15 May, but the first events to mark the city's birthday will take place on Friday 13 May.

Tallinn Day is celebrated as fitting to a UNESCO City of Music - with a wide range of music events and concerts. The programme starts on Friday 13 May with a music morning in Tallinn schools.
