From February 26 to March 3, the school break offers children in Tallinn both athletic and creative winter camps and events.

Due to the celebration of the Republic of Estonia's 106th anniversary and the Estonian Defense Forces parade rehearsal at Vabaduse väljak, public transportation routes in Tallinn city centre will undergo changes on the evening of Friday, February 23, starting at 6:30 PM and on Saturday, February 24, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Renovation works of amortized water pipelines will take place in Tondimõisa park and its surroundings until April 30. Due to construction works, Tondimõisa park is partially closed to visitors. For safe movement in the park and its surroundings, please follow the temporary traffic regulations.

If the weather permits, the cleanup of environmental pollution that occurred decades ago in the park of the former Charlottenthal manor along Mustamäe tee will start in April. The cleanup plan is expected to be completed by mid-March, with the works lasting until June of the following year at the latest.

Tallinn's ice rinks are soon closing for the current season - the ice rinks in Lasnamäe, Mustamäe, and Nõmme will remain open until the end of this week, March 17. The Old Town ice rink will stay open until the end of the month.

Next summer, a new beach building with an observation deck will be built at Stroomi Beach. The plan is to construct a temporary wooden modular house that can be utilized elsewhere upon the completion of a permanent solution.

The Tallinn City Government has initiated the detailed planning for the Järveotsa tee 46 property in the Haabersti district and submitted to the City Council for approval the detailed planning for the Mäepealse Street 21a plot in Mustamäe. Both plans propose new housing developments within the existing urban environment and residential areas.

The Tallinn City Government has submitted two draft regulations to the City Council aimed at simplifying the felling of trees affected by rapidly spreading diseases or pests and supporting the planting of new trees on privately owned properties following the removal of infected trees.
