From 28 March, the refugee centre at Niine 2 in Tallinn will be closed at weekends and will be operating on weekdays from 8-17.

Tallinn aims to create a nine-kilometre-long park area on a limestone cliff bordering Lasnamäe, Kesklinn and Pirita. The results of the call for ideas for the park will be presented on Thursday 31 March at 17-19 in the Lauluväljaku Klaassaal. The presentation can also be followed online.

Due to Vanasadama tramway construction, the northern section of Ahtri Street between Paadi and Laeva streets will be closed to traffic from 10:00 on Tuesday, 9 May. The traffic changes will affect the routes of bus lines 20, 20A, 34 and 66.

The birthday events will begin on 14 May, when Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas and Tallinn Mayor Mihhail Kõlvart will open the Short Leg Gate.

On Sunday 21 May at 2 pm, the festive closing concert of the Tallinn Talent 2023 youth music competition will be held at the Estonia Concert Hall, where its initiator and patron Mayor Mihhail Kõlvart will acknowledge the winners and present them with city scholarships. The free gala concert is open to the public.
