During the upcoming Victory Day and Midsummer's Day, on June 23 and 24, people with health concerns can turn to the emergency rooms of hospitals; the Tallinn Dental Clinic and emergency pharmacies are open; and guidance is given by the Family Doctor's Advice Line.

Acute health problems can be treated even during the holidays – emergency medical care in Tallinn is guaranteed and on-call pharmacies are open.

During the upcoming Victory Day and St John’s Day, people with health concerns can turn to the hospitals’ emergency departments as well as the Tallinn Dental Clinic, on-duty pharmacies and the general practitioner help line.

Tallinn's public transportation will follow a Sunday schedule during the Christmas period. On New Year's Eve, December 31, due to a concert at Freedom Square, traffic will be closed in the area, and bus and trolley lines passing through will be rerouted. After midnight on January 1, several lines will operate extended services to ensure partygoers can return home via public transport.

During the upcoming Christmas holidays and New Year period, residents can access urgent healthcare services at all city hospitals' emergency departments, at Tallinn Dental Clinic (Tallinna Hambakliinik) and can contact the Family Doctor's Advice Line (Perearsti nõuandetelefon) at 1220.

On New Year's Eve, due to a concert at Freedom Square, the area will be closed to traffic and bus and trolley lines passing through will be rerouted. To ensure everyone can conveniently return home, key public transport lines in the city will operate until 3 am on January 1.

Due to the celebration of the Republic of Estonia's 106th anniversary and the Estonian Defense Forces parade rehearsal at Vabaduse väljak, public transportation routes in Tallinn city centre will undergo changes on the evening of Friday, February 23, starting at 6:30 PM and on Saturday, February 24, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

The City of Tallinn is set to host the 2024 Tall Ships Races, an event that will attract tens of thousands of sea enthusiasts from Estonia and abroad to the city's three harbors: Seaplane Harbor, Noblessner Marina, and Old City Harbor. Organizations involved in maritime, environmental, or nature conservation efforts are encouraged to participate in the largest maritime festival at the Old City Harbor cruise area to share their knowledge with others.
